Mid to late 19th century house, thought to have been built for the harbour master at nearby Bullo Pill. Inside it is believed to incorporate an 18th century dog leg stair reused from another building. However, internal inspection has not been possible in recent years despite several concerted efforts on the part of the local authority to establish contact with the owner. The local authority may consider taking formal action in the near future.

Essentially this building has been left to deteriorate and has suffered not only from invasive vegetative growth but also vandalism, although the under and overgrowth at the moment prevents access even to the most determined, whatever their intentions.
