Self Catering Bed & Breakfast

Email: [email protected]

The self-catering accommodation is the ground floor flat of the farmhouse which dates back to 1780. The flat is very spacious, homely and well equipped.

The owners, Philip and Daphne Gwilliam, live on the premises and offer personal, friendly service and advice on the area, and although kept busy with farmwork, like to stop for a chat - or leave you in peace if you wish.

parking is by the house and as there are no steps it us very suitable for elderly or disabled persons, and also well recommended for accompanied wheelchair users.

There are a good selection of local pubs in the area offering bar snacks and meals. An intermittent bus service runs through the village. The nearest Post Office, newsagents, grocery shops, chemist and fish & chips are in the next village approximately 1.5 miles.

Guests and their children are most welcome to watch or help milk the Guernsey house cows, feed the calves or just wander freely around the adjoining fields and woodland.

There is a large lawn area suitable for football, etc., also a patio with table, chairs and barbecue.

A lock-up shed is available for mountain bikes, as the area is ideal for cycling through the woods.
