When visting please take care to protect the countryside from foot and mouth disease by following this code:

	Do Not go near, and never feed or handle livestock during your visit or let your dog come into contact with livestock during your visit
	For 72 hours prior to, and following, your visit to the woodland please ensure that you or your dog(s) do not come into contact with livestock
	Do not leave any waste food or litter
	Ensure dogs are under control
	Use disinfectant/ mats where provided
	Start your walk or ride with clean equipment, footwear and clothing

The Forest's network of quiet country roads allow you to enjoy the beauty of the landscape, especially memorable now the Forest is in full bloom with its glorious greenery and wild flowers.
