Next door to the Old White Hart is 'Carpenter's DIY Shop'. This was the COACH AND HORSES (15). This had been open since before the 1750's.

If you continue towards Newland Street to 'Saturn Industries' you will find the motorcycle shop 'Biker Dean' opposite. This was another MASONS ARMS (16). It was open until the mid 1800's.

As you continue on that side of the road towards the cross you come to the 'Bistro and Wine Bar'. This was the WHITE HORSE (17). Its past history is rather vague.
