Set in the beautiful village of Newnham on Severn on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean, Swan House is a charming, characterful 17th Century merchant's town house, which has been lovingly restored to include 4 luxurious, centrally heated e-suite guest bedrooms. Each bedroom has been individually designed to suit your every need - right down to the crisp, white cotton bed linen, antique pine beds, electric blankets when winter bites and home made biscuits on each welcome tray.

The cuisine is delicious, entirely home-made and traditional, using local, organic meats and vegetables and free-range eggs, together with fresh herbs from our garden. We are happy to cater for special dietary needs and dogs are made especially welcome.

A delightful period house built in 1741 and recently tastefully renovated and extended. The house has half an acre of lawns and gardens, set in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside adjacent to the magnificent Royal Forest of Dean.

All guest's rooms are en-suite with remote control colour TV, hospitality tray, hair dryer and central heating. There is also private off-road parking.

A traditional and vegetarian dinner menu is available each evening in the licensed dining room. Regretfully we are unable to accommodate smokers or pets. Special interest and bargain breaks are available. Open all year.
